Alone, a Cerberus unit can provide the information needed for a specific region at a given time. Networked, multiple Cerberus towers form their own mesh network, communicating autonomously with each other to act as the ideal virtual fence solution.

Due to its mobility and ease of deployment, Cerberus towers can be emplaced in a given location for any amount of time or moved as the situation requires. STS-350 Radar

The STS-350 short range, perimeter security radar provides automated perimeter security for encampments, installations, equipment and other high value permanent and temporary sites. The STS-350 radar is designed for deployment in multiple arrays with continuous overlapping coverage to monitor or secure a designated area.
The STS-350 is a portable, low cost radar system consisting of one or more remotely stationed radar sensors networked to a central control and display unit. The STS-350 perimeter security radar has all weather, all light-level capability and can detect either moving or stationary targets. It is a low power continuous scan microwave radar sensor. Due to its small size and lightweight nature, it is easily transported and set up. The STS-350 radar can be configured for either temporary or permanent installations.

STS-1400 Radar

The STS-1400, a millimeter wave (MMW) perimeter security radar, brings three important features to the surveillance solution:
» ability to penetrate poor visibility environments
» ability to quickly detect moving targets over a 360° FoV
» accurate ranging capability extending to over 1000 meters
ICx is continuously developing next-generation coherent MMW radar systems to significantly reduce traditional radar acquisition costs and to provide high reliability for 24/7 applications. Due to the radar echo principle, MMW radar easily provides accurate target position and velocity data. In addition, millimeter waves are much longer than optical wavelengths (mm vs. microns). As a result, they easily penetrate adverse weather and most obscurants such as smoke, sand and dust. Millimeter-wave radar therefore provides essential capability and reliability for integrated surveillance systems.

Combining MMW radar which quickly scans and detects moving targets over a 360° field-of-view with high-resolution, electro-optical imaging sensors and active sonar swimmer detection systems, represents the ultimate and most reliable all-weather intrusion detection solution.

STS-12000 (RDTS)

The STS-12000 system provides automated wide area surveillance, tracking and classification of intruding personnel, vehicles and low flying aircrafts. The sensor relays and communicates the information to a command post for response determination.
The STS-12000 is designed for force protection, border surveillance, airport security, perimeter surveillance and other security applications. The STS-12000 is available in fixed or mobile configurations.

The STS-12000 system is engineered to be an integrated radar and optical verification system. The radar system is a low power radio frequency (RF) surveillance system, while the optical system can be selected based upon user application. Configured for either day or night modes of operation, the STS-12000 can use video, infrared and/or thermal imaging technologies. The communications subsystem is also site dependent, and can be hardwired, fiber optic and/or have microwave interfaces as required. The power source of the STS-12000 can be AC, DC (battery) or solar powered, if necessary.

The command post of the radar consists of PC compatible software that presents an overlay of the radar data upon a topological map, line drawing, street map, etc. The operator has control over both the radar and the optics, or the system can function automatically. At the ranges the STS-12000 provides, it is even possible to hold the system in an inactive, monitoring-only mode, not transmitting data or activating the cameras until the radar has detected motion, thus extending system lifetime and reducing cost.
